Empower students at Foothills Composite High School as a Youth Development Coach, focusing on behaviour and emotional growth. Engage collaboratively with staff and the community.

Foothills School Division invites applications for the Youth Development Coach role to promote positive student behaviours and strengthen social and emotional skills. This role involves leadership in behaviour management alongside teachers and direct support for students. Building effective partnerships with parents and community members is integral to this position's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of behaviour management strategies

• Encourage social and emotional skill advancement

• Build strong connections with parents and community

• Drive programs aimed at improving student self-concept

• Engage in monitoring and assessing student development

Requirements:

• Diploma in Child & Youth Care or similar experience

• Familiarity with working with at-risk youth

• Strong interpersonal skills for communication

• Passion for supporting student growth

• Availability during school hours and calendar
