This school-based role at Highwood High School focuses on supporting students' social and emotional growth through structured behavior management programs. The Youth Development Coach collaborates with staff to enhance self-concept and social skills in individual and classroom settings. Establishing solid connections with parents and the community is integral to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide behavior development initiatives for students

• Create and implement behavior management strategies

• Encourage positive social skills in students

• Provide leadership and support for school staff

• Develop partnerships with parents and local community

Requirements:

• Education in Child & Youth Care or similar

• Experience with high-risk children and youth

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Dedication to student empowerment and support

• Availability for Monday to Friday work schedule
