Training Solutions Advisor - Corporate Services

This one-year temporary position involves working closely with the Talent Development team to design and deliver innovative eLearning and instructor-led training programs. You will facilitate engaging sessions and assess their outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals while applying best practices in instructional design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop comprehensive eLearning and classroom training
• Manage all aspects of course development to ensure quality
• Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for training needs
• Continuously improve training solutions through feedback and assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant education or related field
• 5+ years in learning and development or instructional design
• Expertise in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML and Java Script
