The Curriculum Developer works closely with the Program Lead to create and update educational materials tailored for the Practical Nurse program. Ideal candidates will possess strong development skills in curriculum and instructional design, ensuring all materials meet industry standards and best practices. This full-time role is critical in defining competencies and aligning them with student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging course materials to boost student learning

• Define and clarify relevant learning outcomes for each course

• Ensure alignment between course content and competencies

• Revise curriculum to stay abreast of industry advancements

• Update learning materials and assessments as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum 3 years in program development

• 5+ years of adult education experience

• Expertise in curriculum development and learning management systems

• Strong communication skills and independent work ethic
