Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit comprehensive training course content

• Manage course development projects with defined milestones

• Act as a subject matter expert for designated products

• Conduct thorough course reviews for clarity and accuracy

• Facilitate training sessions, including “train the trainer” programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

• At least 3 years of courseware development experience

• Proficiency in XML and technical writing

• Strong analytical abilities for issue resolution
