As a key clinician, you will assess developmental needs and design personalized strategies within a multidisciplinary team. This unique role emphasizes hands-on intervention and real-world learning, aiming to create a lasting impact on children's lives across inclusive early learning settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioural and developmental assessments to identify needs
• Develop strengths-based intervention plans and classroom strategies
• Coach educators and families on support implementation
• Collaborate with diverse teams including therapists and educators
• Monitor progress and provide tailored recommendations
Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology
• Registered Psychologist with College of Alberta Psychologists
• Experience with early childhood or pediatric populations
• Strong child development understanding and intervention practice
• excellent communication and organisational skills
