As a Senior Specialist in the Faculty of Law, you will oversee CPDO operations, delivering tailored career development services to approximately 500 law students each year. You'll monitor legal market trends while collaborating with the Dean to align programs with strategic goals.

Your role includes networking, employer outreach, and continuous program enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for CPDO and program development

• Analyze trends in legal education and recruitment

• Foster stakeholder engagement and collaboration

• Evaluate CPDO effectiveness and implement enhancements

• Mentor and lead CPDO team for program delivery

Requirements:

• Canadian law degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum five years related experience required
