As a Group Teacher at Fueling Brains, you will be a vital part of the educational experience for young children. With at least 2 years of relevant experience, your role involves fostering independence and nurturing growth in social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Collaborate with Lead Teachers to create engaging lessons while observing each child's unique needs and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish trusting relationships with children in your age group

• Partner with Lead Teachers for co-facilitated lessons

• Document and share observations of child development

• Communicate daily updates and milestones with parents

• Collaborate with educators to coordinate classroom transitions

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 Certification

• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience

• Strong understanding of child development milestones

• Skilled in communicating with families

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
