West Meadow Elementary School seeks a Temporary Part Time (0.5 FTE) Preschool Educational Assistant for the  school year. Applicants should possess knowledge of early childhood development and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Early Learning Coordinator and supervising preschool activities while ensuring adherence to Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a play-based learning environment for preschool children

• Collaborate with the Early Learning Coordinator and school principal

• Assist with daily routines, including supervision and care tasks

Requirements:

• Level 1 Early Childhood Educator or commitment to certification

• Police Information Check and Intervention Record Check

• Experience working with children aged 3-5 years

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Valid First Aid certificate is an asset
