Lead impactful learning initiatives at Graham as a Learning and Development Advisor in Calgary. This role is focused on developing engaging and effective training solutions.
Reporting to Talent Development Management, the Learning and Development Advisor will leverage their expertise in instructional design to create aligned training content for the Corporate Services Division.
Your role will involve facilitating training sessions, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing course effectiveness through quality assessments. Be a part of a team dedicated to building impactful systems in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging eLearning and instructor-led training content
• Manage complete course development processes
• Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Partner with experts to identify and craft meaningful material
• Analyze training effectiveness through evaluation methods
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in learning and development
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and Adobe applications
• Familiarity with HTML and web technologies
• Include a sample work or portfolio link on your resume
