Empower adult learning at the Calgary Drop-In Centre as a Learning Experience Specialist. This full-time role involves instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance employee training.
As part of the Learning and Development team, you will design learning content, create blended experiences, and support adult education principles. Your expertise will help foster a culture of learning through diverse training programs targeting different skills and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging learning content and resources
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for program alignment
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations
• Analyze feedback to enhance training effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2-3 years in adult training program facilitation
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
