Finning Training and Competency Specialist

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing training records, troubleshooting Learning Management System functionality, and supporting training initiatives. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize training programs and evaluate external training effectiveness while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate reports to track training completion and compliance metrics
• Organize training sessions and maintain documentation
• Track costs related to external training providers
• Update training programs as policies or regulations change
• Share best practices and recommend improvements to training
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in training coordination
• Proficiency with LMS such as Workday or Bis Trainer
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
