Hydrafacial On-Call Training Educator

Become a pivotal part of Hydrafacial's success as an On-Call Regional Training Specialist in Ontario. Train clients on product use and device operation in various aesthetic settings, traveling extensively across the region.

In this role, you'll focus on delivering comprehensive training on Hydrafacial devices to clients, prospects, and consumers. You'll collaborate with the Training & Education and Marketing teams to support business growth and product awareness through effective installation and refresher training programs. Your skills in training and education will champion product adoption in aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical training and installations at facilities

• Collaborate to deliver impactful training programs

• Execute skin treatment demonstrations for marketing efforts

• Develop efficient travel routes for training visits

• Coordinate training schedules within allocated budgets

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field or licensed esthetician

• Minimum 3 years of clinical training experience

• Extensive travel required (75% or more)

• Passion for educating on skincare products

• Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
