Overview  We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in dance education, enjoy working with children, and possess excellent teaching skills.

This role offers an opportunity to inspire students of all ages through engaging dance classes, fostering creativity, confidence, and physical development in a supportive environment. Prior experience in tutoring, classroom management, or early childhood education is highly valued.
Duties   Develop and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and growth
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to motivate improvement
Prepare lesson plans that incorporate fundamental dance techniques and creative movement
Organize performances or showcases to showcase student achievements
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate class schedules and special events
Ensure the safety of all students during classes by adhering to proper safety protocols
Assist with related activities such as costume fittings or event preparations when needed
Skills   Proven experience in tutoring or teaching dance, especially with children
Strong ability to work with children in an educational setting
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct students and engage parents when appropriate
Classroom experience or background in early childhood education is preferred
Ability to create fun, dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for dance and education
