Sales & Admissions Advisor

As a Sales & Admissions Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students exploring career-focused education. In this role, you will guide individuals through their educational journey, helping them understand program options, student funding opportunities, and career outcomes.
This role combines consultative advising with performance-based sales, where your goal is to help prospective students confidently enroll in programs that support their future careers. You will work closely with students from their initial inquiry through enrolment, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and excited about their next step.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospective students through phone, email, text, and virtual or in-person consultations
- Find potential students through networking, direct marketing, events, door to door, or online outreach
- Conduct needs assessments to understand each student’s career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Guide applicants through the admissions process to enrolment
- Educate prospective students on student funding options, tuition, and financial aid opportunities
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate student records and track interactions using CRM systems and internal tools
- Meet and exceed enrollment and engagement targets
- Collaborate with instructors, administration, and leadership to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience
- Represent CHBC professionally at community events, career fairs, and outreach initiatives
- Support the development of marketing materials and digital content aimed at prospective applicants
- Conduct campus tours and presentations to showcase our institution's offerings and values
- College diploma or higher preferred
- Previous experience in sales, admissions advising, recruitment, or consultative customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with enrollment goals
- Passion for helping individuals improve their lives through education and career development
- Guaranteed monthly base plus commission for each enrolled students
- Expected Total Annual Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000+ depending on performance
