Position: Momentum's Workplace Skills Facilitator Role

In this role, you will report to the Skills Training Manager at Momentum, providing crucial support through the Workplace Skills Curriculum. Your responsibilities include facilitating lessons, offering participant support, and evaluating program outcomes. Collaborate with a diverse team to foster an engaging learning experience that aligns with Momentum's mission of social change and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive Workplace Skills lessons

• Support participants in building job readiness skills

• Evaluate program outcomes and participant satisfaction

• Engage in community and organizational initiatives

• Collaborate to monitor participant progress and needs

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in relevant education fields

• At least 5 years of teaching or related experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of workplace success skills

• Excellent communication and planning skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems for delivery
