Description
The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor(s) to teach Fall 2026 SGMA 678 L01, L02 (Business Communications). This course runs from Tuesday, September 1 to Friday, October 9, 2026. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between December 8 to December 18, 2026, if applicable.

LEC 01 Thursdays 9:00am - 11:50am; TUT 01 Thursday 8:00am - 8:50am
LEC 02 Thursdays 2:00pm - 4:50pm; TUT 02 Thursday 1:00pm - 1:50pm
The calendar description of the course:
Creating clear and concise written and verbal communications, crafting persuasive presentations, understanding stakeholders and the value of personal branding.
- A graduate degree (MBA, MSc, DBA, or PhD) or work experience in a relevant field is required.
- Previous experience with teaching this or a similar topic at a Master s level is required.
- Prior experience teaching this course is preferred.
