Rocky View Schools is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Teacher to support students in grades 7-9. This role is essential for fostering an inclusive educational environment and developing specialized learning plans. Ideal candidates will possess at least five years of teaching experience, with a strong background in special education or inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop specialized learning plans tailored to student needs

• Collaborate with staff to implement inclusive education strategies

• Track and report on student learning outcomes effectively

• Create a nurturing and supportive environment for all learners

• Engage with families regarding student progress and development

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a classroom

• Background in Learning Supports or Inclusive Education

• Eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Pass a Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
