In this temporary position, you will focus on students’ social-emotional health and academic guidance, working alongside principals and the Student Services team. You’ll design targeted small group and individual counseling experiences and facilitate events to boost mental wellness. Engaging with parents and staff will be essential in resolving student issues and fostering a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate brief counselling sessions for students
• Design individualized and group SEL experiences
• Discuss student needs with parents and staff
• Keep documentation aligned with regulations
• Plan events promoting student wellness
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree preferred in counselling or psychology
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
