In this permanent position, you will create engaging, competency-based training sessions at Open Door Group.
Your role as a Workshop Facilitator involves adapting instruction for diverse learners and fostering an inclusive environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality workshops both online and in-person, all while managing workshop logistics and client evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver competency-based workshops focused on job readiness
• Foster supportive relationships with workshop participants
• Monitor client progress and provide individualized feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues for continuous service improvement
• Manage workshop logistics and documentation efficiently
Requirements:
• Diploma in social services, instruction, or related field
• Two years of experience in instruction or facilitation
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (will provide)
• Satisfactory criminal record required
• Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles
