You will report to the Head of Practice Management at CIGAM and leverage your extensive financial services background to create substantial professional development programs for advisors. This position requires a strategic mindset to identify key trends and implement tailored solutions that enhance advisor performance and drive CI’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide financial advisors through personalized consulting
• Develop and present sophisticated educational programs
• Research and create content for various formats
• Design and implement strategic initiatives for growth
• Build relationships with key distribution channels
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in business or communications
• Advanced practice management skills
• Excellent public speaking and training expertise
• Ability to work independently and meet goals
