In this position, you'll play an essential role in recruiting candidates and ensuring they meet enrollment requirements. Your tasks include providing valuable support throughout the admission journey and participating in marketing strategies to promote the college effectively. You will also maintain up-to-date student records and conduct assessments for mature student admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and guide prospective students to appropriate programs
• Verify compliance with admissions and program standards
• Administer assessments and support students pre and post-admission

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in business administration preferred
• 2+ years in admissions or sales environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in high-volume call environments
• Familiarity with online communication tools for student interaction
