Join Willow Creek Composite High School as a Temporary Educational Assistant in Claresholm, Alberta. This part-time role focuses on supporting students with Individual Program Plans in an inclusive learning setting.

We are looking for two part-time (0.75 FTE) Temporary Educational Assistants to start on August 25, 2026, until June 29, 2027.

Your role will involve enhancing the learning experience for junior high students, providing targeted assistance, and fostering an environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist junior high students with academic support

• Implement Individual Program Plans effectively

• Provide individualized one-on-one student support

• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers

• Maintain a nurturing classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inclusive education

• Ability to build positive student relationships

• Experience with students of varying complexities

• Certification as Educational Assistant or similar

• Physically capable of meeting job demands
