In this full-time role, you'll leverage your expertise in LMS platforms, adult education, and instructional design. Your engagement with diverse professionals will enhance training programs through data-driven decisions. You'll be integral to ensuring operational efficiency within the Learning Management System and maintaining training integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day LMS operations effectively
• Create and maintain LMS curriculums and profiles
• Prepare comprehensive LMS reports for stakeholders
• Manage the LMS Admin mailbox and inquiries
• Collaborate with business and LMS teams for troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Adult Education or related field
• Proficiency in LMS platforms like Success Factors
• Experience in learning and development practices
• Knowledge of SCORM-compliant content management
• Strong communication and attention to detail
