In this role, you will create and implement training workshops targeting conservation translocation for species-at-risk. You are a key player in forming partnerships and enhancing the community's skills, ensuring they are equipped to execute effective conservation strategies across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement conservation training programs
• Lead workshops for applicants of the Wilder Impact Fund
• Assess training needs within the conservation community
• Collaborate with experts to produce valuable training resources
• Develop frameworks to evaluate training efficiency and outcomes
Requirements:
• Degree in Wildlife Conservation, Biology, or related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in relevant conservation roles
• Proficient in project management and training delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for workshop delivery
Play a vital role in enhancing conservation strategies through engaging and effective training initiatives.
