Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive competency-based training sessions

• Encourage engagement and participation among workshop clients

• Assess client progress and provide constructive feedback

• Coordinate logistics for effective workshop delivery

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services, education, or relevant field

• Minimum of two years in facilitation or instruction

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (can be acquired)

• Must pass a criminal record check

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
