In this role, you will report to the Manager of Member Training, focusing on the coordination of training logistics for both virtual and in-person courses. By designing and updating programs, you will ensure that CREB® delivers a high-quality learning experience to its members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update training programs and materials

• Analyze learning needs and suggest enhancements

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective content creation

• Monitor program effectiveness for continuous improvements

• Assist with speaker coordination and training delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education or a related field

• 3+ years in instructional design or adult training

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with eLearning tools is beneficial
