In this foundational role, you will implement personalized curriculum for preschoolers, promoting independence and self-management. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate hands-on experiential learning using Montessori techniques

• Create an organized and inviting classroom environment

• Encourage problem-solving and curiosity through active engagement

• Maintain accurate student records and share progress with families

• Design balanced daily schedules for various learning experiences
Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator certification or Alberta Teaching credentials

• Skilled in Montessori or Reggio-Emilia practices

• Proven classroom management experience with young children

• Strong skills in communication and relationship-building

• Engaged in continuous professional development
