As the Lead Teacher, you will utilize your Montessori expertise to foster a rich learning atmosphere focused on child development. Candidates should be AMI or MACTE-certified and have strong management skills to effectively engage with both children and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead educational activities for toddlers
• Promote Montessori teaching methods in practice
• Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress
• Maintain a focused and nurturing classroom
• Collaborate with parents on developmental updates
Requirements:
• AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Toddler Diploma (or in progress)
• Alberta ECE certification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)

• Prior experience in early childhood education
