In this role, you will independently manage various educational projects, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design learner-centered experiences. Your work will involve researching adult learning practices, developing instructional strategies, and creating digital resources that enhance knowledge retention. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning needs assessments and strategize improvements

• Design engaging educational experiences and instructional materials

• Develop eLearning modules and microlearning assets

• Implement effective evaluation tools to measure learning impact

• Provide ongoing support for Learning Management System content

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields

• Minimum five years in eLearning and blended learning design

• Experience in project leadership and instructional design methodologies

• Strong technical skills with graphic and digital design tools

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
