Transform STEM education at Gobind Sarvar School as a Specialist for the upcoming school year. Lead hands-on learning initiatives that spark creativity and collaboration in students.
We are looking for a driven individual to engage students in critical thinking and problem-solving through innovative STEM lessons. You will design and assess projects that blend science, technology, and engineering principles with the Alberta Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement engaging STEM lessons
• Promote inquiry-based learning through the engineering design process
• Foster critical thinking and team collaboration skills
• Integrate technology and digital tools in projects
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
• Possession of a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related area
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred
• Strong grasp of Alberta's Program of Studies
• Proven classroom management and organizational skills
