This facilitator role involves working closely with the Skills Training Manager to implement the Start Work program. You will conduct participant assessments, facilitate program information, and ensure comprehensive support throughout the program's duration. Building strong relationships is key to fostering participant success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate outreach and participant enrollment activities
• Manage and assess participant intake and data
• Deliver program orientations and workshops
• Collaborate with community partners and instructors
• Maintain updated records in the necessary databases
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Work or a similar field
• Experience in community development and program management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Knowledge of the local job market and resources
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Utilize your experience and empathy to make a difference in the lives of participants at Momentum.
