Position: CREB® Learning Designer Role
Advance your professional journey with CREB® as a Learning Designer. Commit to crafting meaningful educational programs to support our members' growth and knowledge.
This role works under the Manager of Member Training, focusing on the logistics and delivery of both virtual and in-person courses. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring that training materials are effective, engaging, and aligned with our members' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update engaging learning programs

• Perform learning needs assessments for training improvements

• Work with stakeholders to produce learner-centric content

• Assess program success and refine for continuous enhancement

• Facilitate speaker coordination and optimize training sessions
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Minimum of 3 years in training delivery or instructional design

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Effective communicator

• Experience with learning management systems preferred
