Become a key driver of learning strategy as a Senior Consultant for Learning Development. Design impactful training content and facilitate engaging learning experiences across multiple formats.
This role focuses on utilizing your five years of experience in learning design to create integrated training programs that meet diverse business needs. You will work alongside subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutions while ensuring accessibility and inclusiveness in your designs. Your ability to deliver to large groups, both in-person and virtually, will enhance the learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement engaging blended learning initiatives
• Create and manage multimodal learning assets effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training needs
• Facilitate classes and virtual training sessions adeptly
• Analyze learning outcomes and suggest actionable improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in instructional design for blended learning
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of learning technologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to navigate complex projects across functions
