Position: Full-Time Montessori Lead Teacher Position
Join Kindervalley Montessori Academy as a Primary Montessori Lead Teacher in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time role is pivotal in guiding children from 2.5 to 6 years in a nurturing Montessori environment.

The successful candidate will be committed to upholding Montessori principles while delivering high-quality education. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive atmosphere, fostering children's independence and curiosity. Required qualifications include an AMI or MACTE-accredited diploma and Alberta ECE certification, with an emphasis on strong leadership and observation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and nurture preschool-age children

• Create a developmentally appropriate learning space

• Encourage child autonomy through Montessori practices

• Assess and document student progress

• Build partnerships with families for effective communication

Requirements:

• AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Diploma

• Preferred Alberta ECE Level 2 or 3 certification

• Strong classroom leadership expertise

• Commitment to child-centered educational philosophies

• Experience in creating calm learning environments
