In this influential role, you will manage organizational learning initiatives, identify specific training needs, and design impactful programs that drive performance gains. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job analysis to determine training requirements
• Develop, manage, and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Provide engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
• Evaluate training programs using data-driven insights
• Lead and coach a team of training professionals
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in a Training & Development management role
• Experience in aviation or similar technical environments
• Proven record of design and delivery of effective training programs
• Robust knowledge of learning methodologies
• Fluent in French and English with strong facilitation skills
