Position: Early Childhood Group Teacher Role
Join Fueling Brains Academy as a dedicated Group Teacher, primarily working with children aged 2.8 to 6 years. This teaching role emphasizes strong relationships and developmental support in a diverse learning environment.

In this position, you will engage with children, fostering their growth through tailored guidance based on their individual needs. Collaboration with Lead Teachers is essential, as you'll co-facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences and support children's executive function skills. You'll also maintain consistent communication with families, sharing insights and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster secure connections with every child in your age group

• Adapt teaching strategies according to children's developmental stages

• Support collaborative lesson facilitation with Lead Teachers

• Observe, document, and report on children's progress

• Engage with families during drop-off and pick-up times

Requirements:

• Certification as an Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or
3)

• At least 2 years of experience in early learning settings

• Comfort with active play and the physical demands of the role

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with families

• Valid First Aid Certification within three months
