Join CREB® as an Educational Program Coordinator, focusing on designing impactful learning experiences for our members. This role emphasizes innovation in both virtual and in-person training delivery.

As the Learning Experience Designer, your mission will be to enhance the quality of training provided to CREB® members. You will work closely with internal teams to develop effective instructional materials, ensuring that all training initiatives are engaging and aligned with best practices in adult education. Your ability to assess effectiveness will be key in fostering continuous improvement in our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update comprehensive learning programs

• Conduct needs analysis for effective training solutions

• Collaborate on creating impactful, learner-centric content

• Evaluate and refine program effectiveness

• Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design

• 3+ years of instructional design or training experience

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Strong communication capabilities

• Familiarity with learning management systems is advantageous
