Marlborough Day Nursery, in partnership with Bright Path Childcare, seeks an Individual Program Planning Teacher committed to inclusive education. In this role, you will draft and manage Individual Program Plans, working with families and support teams to foster each child's development. Your passion for neurodiversity and strengths-based approaches will enhance classroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Individual Program Plans for developmental goals

• Collaborate with families and educational professionals

• Build trusting relationships within the learning community

• Complete necessary documentation for children’s progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Experience in inclusive education and child-led exploration

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Standard First Aid with Child CPR certification
