As an Educational Supervisor with Providence, you will oversee early learning programs, collaborate with a dynamic team, and support the implementation of effective educational strategies. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and a valid Alberta Teacher Certificate, ensuring a foundation in best practices for complex needs education. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote positive teamwork across educational centers
• Support in-class operations for smooth classroom experiences
• Mentor staff and provide performance feedback
• Collaborate with parents to support children's needs
• Facilitate planning and training for staff development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Education required
• Valid Alberta Teacher Certificate, experience in leadership
• Deep understanding of child development practices
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate with vehicle required
