Acton Central is looking for a founding guide to implement Montessori principles actively. This role requires a mix of creativity and collaboration to create an inspired learning environment for multi-age groups. You will encourage critical thinking, monitor progress, and design activities that foster empathy and teamwork among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire critical thinking through open-ended questioning

• Create interdisciplinary projects connecting curriculum to real-world

• Monitor student progress and provide actionable feedback

• Collaborate on mutual respect studio norms

• Design activities to foster teamwork and empathy among students

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate required

• Knowledge of Alberta curriculum for Kindergarten to Grade 2

• Experience in creative educational settings

• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
