Advance your career with CREB® as our next Learning Experience Designer. As the Learning Experience Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of CREB®’s education programs for members. Reporting to the Manager, Member Training, this position is responsible for coordinating all day ‑ to ‑ day training logistics, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for members, and supporting both in‑person and virtual courses.
You will work closely with internal teams, instructors, and external vendors to deliver well‑organized, effective, and engaging learning opportunities.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and update learning programs and materials
Conduct learning needs analysis and identify opportunities for current or enhanced training
Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective, learner-focused content
Evaluate program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
Support speaker coordination and training delivery
Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or adult education
Solid organisational, project management, and communication skills
Experience with eLearning tools and learning management systems is an asset
