Safety, seeks a Training Specialist to lead emergency response training initiatives. This full-time role demands expertise in developing training materials and facilitating sessions both in-person and virtually. You will contribute to compliance, certifications, and improve training efficacy based on feedback from diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design emergency response training programs for various industries
• Create training manuals and materials with current best practices
• Conduct engaging training sessions using diverse instructional methods
• Facilitate drills and evaluate client preparedness
• Maintain detailed training records and outcomes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in emergency response or safety training
• Relevant certifications like CEM or CSP
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating program effectiveness
• Familiarity with ICS and emergency protocols
