Group Teacher at Fueling Brains Academy

Fueling Brains Academy seeks a Group Teacher to nurture children aged 2.8–6 years. This role focuses on building trust, ensuring consistent care, and supporting executive function skills throughout the day.

As a Group Teacher, you’ll travel with your assigned age group, fostering meaningful relationships and adapting your approach to individual needs. Collaborate with Lead Teachers to enhance learning experiences and model essential behaviors.

Your role is critical in documenting children's progress while promoting family communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build secure relationships with young learners

• Co-facilitate inquiry-based lessons with Lead Teachers

• Observe and document developmental progress daily

• Communicate consistently with families at drop-off

• Support team coordination across multiple classrooms

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 Certification

• Minimum 2 years of relevant childcare experience

• Strong understanding of child development milestones

• Ability to adapt teaching practices to children’s needs

• Valid Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification
