Montessori Preschool Lead Teacher Position

Become the Lead Teacher at our engaging Montessori preschool, nurturing children aged 3-6 in a welcoming, organized classroom. Embrace your role in creating a safe, responsive learning environment while fostering children's independence and social skills.

This full-time position requires a Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator certification and at least three years’ experience in early learning or childcare. You will collaborate with the Director to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program while documenting student progress. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you build respectful relationships with families and support your teaching team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance and active supervision

• Create a calm and well-organized classroom

• Lead the classroom program planning with the Director

• Maintain engaging materials for Montessori-inspired learning

• Observe and document individual child development

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator certification

• Three years of experience in early learning or childcare

• Experience in Montessori practices preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid Emergency First Aid Certificate required
