On Call Early Childhood Educator

As an On Call Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding and nurturing young learners. Your strong interpersonal skills and innovative teaching methods will foster a positive classroom atmosphere. This position aims to support children's individual growth and spark their imagination through developmentally appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spark children's imagination and self-esteem daily

• Guide self-motivated learning and stimulate natural curiosity

• Collaborate with teams for planning engaging lesson plans

• Supervise classroom dynamics and individual learning

• Assist with self-care tasks like dressing and feeding

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience with children

• Early Childhood Certification — ECE Level 1 or 2

• First Aid Certification (may be obtained upon hire)

• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (may be obtained upon hire)

• Reggio-inspired or Montessori experience preferred
