Advance adult education initiatives with the Education Associate role at Southport, Education Services. This temporary part-time position emphasizes leadership in non-clinical education and CPR training for staff.

The Education Associate reports to the Program Director and collaborates with site managers to develop and implement education programs. This role specifically addresses the educational needs of staff, supporting corporate-wide training initiatives and ensuring effective learning in critical areas like CPR. You will also manage new staff orientations and assess ongoing training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan corporate non-clinical education programs

• Implement CPR training and staff education initiatives

• Orient new team members in educational programs

• Identify learning needs in emergency procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education preferred

• Adult education training certificate required

• Minimum one year of adult teaching experience

• CPR instructor credentials are an asset
