The Education Associate reports to the Program Director and collaborates with site managers to develop and implement education programs. This role specifically addresses the educational needs of staff, supporting corporate-wide training initiatives and ensuring effective learning in critical areas like CPR. You will also manage new staff orientations and assess ongoing training requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan corporate non-clinical education programs
• Implement CPR training and staff education initiatives
• Orient new team members in educational programs
• Evaluate effectiveness of educational offerings
• Identify learning needs in emergency procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education preferred
• Adult education training certificate required
• Minimum one year of adult teaching experience
• CPR instructor credentials are an asset
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
