Your responsibilities will encompass both content curation and original development, ensuring that the learning materials are engaging and effective. Collaborating with business leaders and IT will be essential in meeting the company's evolving AI education needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify learning gaps and design effective strategies

• Curate and create engaging AI learning content

• Maintain and administer the AI library in the LMS

• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement

• Monitor learner engagement and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design

• Familiarity with key AI tools and concepts

• Expert-level skills in eLearning tools

• Strong project management expertise

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
