Position: Instructor for Educational Research Courses
Shape the future of education at the University of Calgary as an Instructor for EDER 600 in Educational Research during Winter 2027. You'll teach online and on-campus courses while engaging with graduate students and curriculum development.

This Sessional Instructor role runs from January 4 to April 27, 2027, at the Werklund School of Education. Candidates must possess a Doctorate in education or related field and a proven background in teaching and leadership. Your focus will include developing course content and using effective assessment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach graduate courses in Educational Research and Psychology

• Develop impactful course content and assessments

• Provide actionable feedback to graduate students

• Engage in curriculum development initiatives

• Participate in departmental quality improvement meetings

Requirements:

• Doctorate in education or related discipline

• Demonstrated teaching and leadership experience

• Familiarity with online/distance education
