Marlborough Day Nursery ECS Ltd, in conjunction with Bright Path Childcare, is looking for an Alberta-certificated educator passionate about play-based learning. This role involves writing and managing Individual Program Plans (IPPs) to meet the unique needs of children while collaborating with various professionals. Experience in neurodiversity and a strengths-based mindset will enhance your contributions to our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Individual Program Plans (IPPs) for children

• Collaborate with families and educational teams for success

• Foster strong relationships with children and their caregivers

• Complete important documentation and transition plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Expertise in inclusive education and child-led exploration

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Standard First Aid with Child CPR certification
